Senior Associate
Ryan joined Green Courte in 2026 as a Senior Associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s niche industrial, near-airport parking, and land-lease community investments.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Ryan was a Senior Analyst at Pritzker Realty Group, where he focused on asset management and development underwriting for the firm’s multifamily and industrial portfolios.
Ryan graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration, double majoring in Finance and Real Estate.
