Acquisitions Associate
Everett is an Associate on the Acquisitions team, with a primary focus on industrial outdoor storage (IOS) and land-lease community investments. He joined Green Courte in 2026.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Everett worked at Free Heel Capital as an analyst focused on multifamily deals in the Midwest and Mountain West.
Everett graduated from the University of Wisconsin–Madison with a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Behavior and Marketplace Studies and a minor in Business and Entrepreneurship. He also holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
