Senior Vice President of Asset Management
Greg is a Senior Vice President focused on asset management and strategic initiatives for Green Courte’s industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) and managed truck parking business, GCP Truck Storage Management, LLC. Greg joined Green Courte in 2020.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Greg worked at Ventas in Chicago where he held portfolio management and strategy roles throughout the company’s $7 billion senior living portfolio. Earlier in his career, Greg was an analyst and member of General Electric’s Financial Management Program focused primarily on the power and water business.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
