Capital Markets Associate
Matt is an Associate on the Capital Markets team, focused on arranging the financing for Green Courte’s fund investments and executing the company’s capital markets strategies. Matt joined Green Courte in 2024.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Matt was a Senior Associate at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, a full-service commercial and multifamily mortgage banking company. At BWE, Matt was part of the Conventional Agency Analytics team where he was responsible for structuring and underwriting Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac financing executions.
Matt attended the University of Michigan where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a minor in Business Administration.
