Acquisitions Associate
Obi is an Associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s industrial outdoor storage and manufactured housing investments. Obi joined Green Courte in 2025.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Obi worked as a Development Analyst at CloudKitchens/Profood Solutions, supporting sourcing, financial modeling, and development execution efforts for commercial kitchen spaces and cold storage facilities across the US.
Obi graduated from New York University with a Bachelor of Science in Business, concentrating on Finance and Entrepreneurship.
