Vice President of Asset Management
Kathryn is a Vice President focused on asset management for Green Courte’s senior living portfolio. Kathryn joined Green Courte in 2024.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Kathryn worked at Ventas, a Chicago-based REIT, where she held asset management roles supporting the company’s Senior Housing Operating (“SHOP”) portfolio of over 550 communities. Earlier in her career, Kathryn worked in public accounting with EY, exclusively serving public and private real estate clients.
Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from The Ohio State University.
