Rob is a Vice President of Design, Construction and Development working with the acquisition team, asset management group and residential operating companies to establish and make certain appropriate scope, budgets and project timelines are established and followed. Partnering with True Connection Communities and Windward Communities to ensure that brand standards are codified through the design and construction process for the benefit of the resident/customer experience.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Rob was most recently a Regional Vice President at Hyatt and before that First Vice President at Tishman, where he managed construction projects, primarily focusing on development and capital improvement at all stages of the projects from acquisition through design and general construction.
Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and Construction Management Certification from New York University.
Mike is a Senior Vice President responsible for arranging the financing for Green Courte’s fund investments and executing the company’s capital markets strategies. Mike has been with Green Courte since 2021.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Mike worked on the capital markets team at Ventas, a publicly traded REIT. At Ventas, Mike arranged over $1 billion of mortgage and construction financing across the firm’s assets in the U.S. and Canada and assisted with executing equity issuances, $4 billion of unsecured issuances, the launch of Ventas’s $1 billion commercial paper program and the recasting of the firm’s corporate credit facilities. Prior to Ventas, Mike worked as a real estate lender at Allstate and PGIM Real Estate Finance (Prudential) where he originated over $1 billion of mortgage debt across capital sources including life company financing, agency financing and CMBS financing. Earlier in his career Mike worked as an investment analyst for Church Pension Group and a CMBS Analyst for Moody’s and Morgan Stanley.
Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School. Mike is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Charterholder.
Leslie is a Vice President with the Investor Relations and Capital Markets Team. Leslie has been with Green Courte since 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Leslie worked at JLL in Chicago. During her time at JLL, Leslie was a core member of the finance team, offering sound advice and direction on corporate development, business strategy, operating results, M&A and communications strategy to executive leadership. During her tenure with JLL, Leslie held various positions in investor relations, treasury and financial planning & analysis.
Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Roosevelt University.
Kathy is the Tax Director responsible for the tax structuring, planning and reporting for Green Courte’s various structures and entities in multiple jurisdictions. Kathy has been with Green Courte since 2018.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Kathy was a Vice President of Tax at Morgan Stanley and was responsible for the coordination and oversight of the US tax reporting for several of their domestic, international and global real estate funds. Earlier, Kathy was a Tax Director at PwC, providing tax consulting and compliance services primarily to real estate investment trusts and partnership clients.
Kathy has a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin, a Master of Science in Taxation from DePaul University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Josh is the Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Green Courte’s investment funds. Josh joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh was a Controller at CA Ventures, where his responsibilities included overseeing the financial reporting, investor reporting, and tax compliance of the company’s various funds, joint ventures, and stand-alone investments, as well as overseeing the Company’s property accounting department. Prior to that, Josh worked at EY as an auditor, exclusively serving public and private real estate companies
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Jason is the Vice President of IT Operations at Green Courte. Jason joined Green Courte in 2022.
He has over 20 years of experience defining and implementing IT programs and processes for medium and large organizations in the manufacturing, automotive, RV, retain, and hospitality industries.
