Anthony is a Vice President within Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing investments across Green Courte’s various strategies. Anthony joined Green Courte in 2023.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Anthony worked as a Principal at North Wells Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Anthony spearheaded investments and capital markets across North Wells’ office and multifamily strategies and was involved in the structuring and financing of value-add acquisitions, adaptive reuse projects, and institutional ground-up developments.

Anthony holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Zack is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease community and near-airport parking investments. Zack joined Green Courte in 2022. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Zack worked at Ventas, where he held asset management responsibilities supporting the firm’s life sciences and seniors housing portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles in the insurance industry. 

Zack graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management. 

Tom is a Vice President and Portfolio Controller and provides fund-level financial reporting and forecasting with primary responsibility for accounting and financial reporting for Green Courte’s retail portfolio and management company. Tom has been with Green Courte since 2010. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Tom was an Assistant Controller with Walton Street Capital, a private equity real estate firm. While at Walton Street Capital, he oversaw the financial reporting for two of the firm’s real estate investment funds. 

Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. 

TJ is a Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing on manufactured housing and parking assets. TJ joined Green Courte in 2023. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, TJ was a Managing Director at Cedar Street Companies. During his time there, TJ focused on all aspects of multifamily development and ownership, including underwriting, deal structuring, and capitalization, as well as asset management, refinance, and disposition activities. Prior to Cedar, TJ worked at Ventas (NYSE: VTR) on both the Investments and Asset Management teams. 

TJ graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. 

Steve is responsible for overseeing development projects related to Green Courte’s manufactured housing investments. Steve joined Green Courte in 2022.  

Steve has 16 years of experience in the development and construction industry in various management roles. Having previously performed as vice president of development, director, owner’s rep, construction manager, and general contractor, Steve has extensive experience with residential, hospitality, retail, and transportation development, design and construction related activities. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Steve was the Vice President of Development for City Club Apartments, a mixed-use developer focused on building and operating urban high-rise apartment communities with resort-class amenities. In his earlier career, Steve was the Director of Development and Construction for AJ Capital Partners where he oversaw the entitlements, planning, design, and development of numerous projects associated with the Graduate Hotels portfolio. 

Ross is a Vice President and Assistant Controller with responsibility for a variety of accounting and finance matters. Ross has been with Green Courte since 2016. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Ross was an accountant for Enlivant, an owner of Senior Assisted Living facilities, where he primarily focused on the revenue side of the business. Additionally, Ross spent time as an audit associate at Deloitte & Touche LLP, where he primarily audited real estate investment trusts.  

Ross graduated magna cum laude from the University of Missouri where he earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Accountancy.
