Josh is the Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Green Courte’s investment funds. Josh joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh was a Controller at CA Ventures, where his responsibilities included overseeing the financial reporting, investor reporting, and tax compliance of the company’s various funds, joint ventures, and stand-alone investments, as well as overseeing the Company’s property accounting department. Prior to that, Josh worked at EY as an auditor, exclusively serving public and private real estate companies
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Josh is a Vice President of Development for Green Courte and has been with Green Courte since 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh worked on both the owner and general contractor sides of construction, accumulating over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential building across the U.S. in major cities and small towns alike. He started his career in New York City building over 60 Crumbs Bakes Shops and seeing the remodel of five H&M department stores to completion. Moving on to relocate out west in Reno, NV, he completed two Welk Resorts at the NorthStar Ski Resort in Truckee, CA and then a 5-Star Spa at the Silver Legacy Casino and Resort in Reno, NV. After settling in the Midwest, he worked at AJ Capital Partners as a Development Manger overseeing the ground up construction of a 38-million-dollar hotel project in Tucson, AZ as well as the full remodel and addition of a hotel in Storrs, CT totaling 12 million dollars.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The City College of New York.
Jason is the Vice President of IT Operations at Green Courte. Jason joined Green Courte in 2022.
He has over 20 years of experience defining and implementing IT programs and processes for medium and large organizations in the manufacturing, automotive, RV, retain, and hospitality industries.
Greg is a Senior Vice President focused on asset management and strategic initiatives for Green Courte’s niche industrial investments. Greg joined Green Courte in 2020.
Before joining Green Courte, Greg worked at Ventas in Chicago, holding portfolio management and strategy roles throughout the company’s $7 billion senior living portfolio. Earlier in his career, Greg was an analyst and member of General Electric’s Financial Management Program, which focused primarily on the power and water business.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Emily is the Vice President of Human Resources and has been with Green Courte since 2015.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Emily was a Real Estate Investment Associate for PRP, LLC in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for investor relations and multifamily property management.
Emily graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelor of Music.
David is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior living investments. David joined Green Courte in 2021.
Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a senior consultant with Accenture where he specialized in business case analysis of consumer-based loyalty programs. Throughout his time at Accenture, David also completed projects related to salesforce enablement, digital marketing, and M&A pre-close integration planning for clients in the life sciences, retail, and telecommunication industries.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he was a Seibel Scholar and a Wallman Scholar.
