Steve is responsible for overseeing development projects related to Green Courte’s manufactured housing investments. Steve joined Green Courte in 2022.  

Steve has 16 years of experience in the development and construction industry in various management roles. Having previously performed as vice president of development, director, owner’s rep, construction manager, and general contractor, Steve has extensive experience with residential, hospitality, retail, and transportation development, design and construction related activities. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Steve was the Vice President of Development for City Club Apartments, a mixed-use developer focused on building and operating urban high-rise apartment communities with resort-class amenities. In his earlier career, Steve was the Director of Development and Construction for AJ Capital Partners where he oversaw the entitlements, planning, design, and development of numerous projects associated with the Graduate Hotels portfolio. 

Rob is a Vice President of Design, Construction and Development working with the acquisition team, asset management group and residential operating companies to establish and make certain appropriate scope, budgets and project timelines are established and followed. Partnering with True Connection Communities and Windward Communities to ensure that brand standards are codified through the design and construction process for the benefit of the resident/customer experience.   

Prior to joining Green Courte, Rob was most recently a Regional Vice President at Hyatt and before that First Vice President at Tishman, where he managed construction projects, primarily focusing on development and capital improvement at all stages of the projects from acquisition through design and general construction. 

Rob has a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Brigham Young University and Construction Management Certification from New York University. 

Nicole is a Project Manager for the Development team for Green Courte and has been with Green Courte since 2021. 

Prior to starting at Green Courte, Nicole worked at Rotary International where she served as the Executive Assistant to the President. Her responsibilities included extensive domestic and international travel planning, the coordination of in-person and virtual events, and acting as the liaison between the President and Rotarians across the globe. Prior to that, Nicole spent twelve years working as a flight attendant for United Airlines before transitioning into the office environment.  

Manivel Chinnadurai is the Senior Project Accounting Manager responsible for keeping track of all project accounting and vendor payments, coordinating with the corporate accounting team, and streamlining the process automation to ensure timely payment processing. Manivel has been with Green Courte since 2021. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Manivel worked for an architect and engineering firm as a Project Accountant responsible for project billing, accounts payable, accounts receivable, project budget monitoring, and maintaining the project records. Prior to that, Manivel worked as a Project/Construction Accountant for a real estate, property development, and construction company. 

Josh is a Senior Development Manager for Green Courte and has been with Green Courte since 2022. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh worked on both the owner and general contractor sides of construction, accumulating over a decade of experience in both commercial and residential building across the U.S. in major cities and small towns alike. He started his career in New York City building over 60 Crumbs Bakes Shops and seeing the remodel of five H&M department stores to completion. Moving on to relocate out west in Reno, NV, he completed two Welk Resorts at the NorthStar Ski Resort in Truckee, CA and then a 5-Star Spa at the Silver Legacy Casino and Resort in Reno, NV. After settling in the Midwest, he worked at AJ Capital Partners as a Development Manger overseeing the ground up construction of a 38-million-dollar hotel project in Tucson, AZ as well as the full remodel and addition of a hotel in Storrs, CT totaling 12 million dollars.  

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from The City College of New York.  

Catherine is a Vice President of the Development team and has been with Green Courte since 2019. 

Prior to this position, Catherine served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and provided investment team support for a hedge fund and family office. Her responsibilities included business operations, executive support, and investment communications management. She has also previously held the roles of Analyst and Office Manager for a boutique commercial real estate investment firm. 

Catherine graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
