Catherine is a Vice President of the Development team and has been with Green Courte since 2019.
Prior to this position, Catherine served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and provided investment team support for a hedge fund and family office. Her responsibilities included business operations, executive support, and investment communications management. She has also previously held the roles of Analyst and Office Manager for a boutique commercial real estate investment firm.
Catherine graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
Brian is a Vice President primarily focused on the reporting and analytics of our housing operating companies. Brian has been with Green Courte since 2020.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Brian worked at Ventas in Chicago where he worked on the Asset Management team and was responsible for the reporting and forecasting of the Senior Living and Healthcare portfolios.
Brian graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and a Master of Science in Finance.
Antonia is a Vice President and Portfolio Controller and provides fund-level financial reporting and forecasting with primary responsibility for the accounting and financial reporting for Green Courte’s parking portfolio. Antonia has been with Green Courte since 2008.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Antonia worked for ten years at Walton Street Capital, a private equity real estate firm, as an Assistant Controller. While at Walton Street Capital, Antonia was responsible for leading the accounting and financial reporting for three of the firm’s real estate investment funds.
Antonia holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from Loyola University Chicago.
Andrew is a Vice President primarily focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior living investments. Andrew joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Andrew worked at Enlivant, a national senior living operator, where he was responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and financing efforts for the company. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at Evans Senior Investments, a senior living brokerage firm.
Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting.
Amy is the Vice President of Applications, providing project management oversight and support to the accounting and asset management teams on various financial software packages. Amy was with Green Courte from 2003 to 2014 and rejoined the firm in 2017.
From 2014 to 2017, Amy was a Senior Product Manager with JDR Consulting, LLC, where she provided various real estate industry clients with software systems project support, including Yardi system upgrades and individual module implementations, as well as full system implementations. In her previous role as the Applications Administrator at Green Courte, Amy worked with the accounting department to provide software systems support.
Amy holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Illinois University.
Abby is a Vice President and Portfolio Controller with responsibility for a variety of accounting and finance matters. Abby has been with Green Courte since 2019.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Abby was a Senior Audit Associate at KPMG where she primarily audited healthcare clients, including hospital systems, healthcare associations, and retirement communities.
Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Accounting Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and is a licensed CPA.
