Bennett is a Portfolio Management Associate and joined Green Courte in 2026. Bennett is responsible for providing analytical and strategic support to Green Courte’s portfolio management activities, with a primary focus on portfolio valuation, financial analysis, and fund-level performance reporting.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Bennett worked as a Private Equity Analyst at Ally Engage Strategic Partners, where he focused on deal sourcing, financial analysis, and investment research across the enterprise software sector.
Bennett graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance and Real Estate.
Josh is a Managing Director with the Portfolio Management Team. Josh has been with Green Courte since 2018.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh worked at Heitman Capital Management in Chicago. During his time at Heitman, Josh was responsible for the management and performance of a $4 billion portfolio, consisting of office, retail, apartment and self-storage assets. Earlier in his career, Josh was a management consultant at PwC in New York, where he was responsible for conducting operational assessments of organizational processes, technology platforms, and compliance controls for financial services firms.
Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Gettysburg College and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
