Chuck is the Chief Operating Officer of Windward Communities, Green Courte’s land-lease communities operating platform. Chuck has been with both Green Courte and Windward Communities since 2017.

Chuck has over 35 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry with senior management positions at Equity Lifestyle Properties, American Land Lease Communities, American Residential Communities, Murex Properties, and Lautrec. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in operations, marketing, acquisitions, and asset management. Also, Chuck has been influential in the growth of these communities. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management for American Land Lease, Green Courte’s original land-lease communities platform. Chuck has been a Board of Director of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association for over 30 years.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston.

C.R. is responsible for overseeing development projects related to Green Courte’s senior living, manufactured housing, and parking investments. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, C.R. served as Senior Vice President of Development and Construction for A.J. Capital Partners, a vertically integrated developer with $3.6 billion in real estate investments across 45 markets. Over his career at AJ Capital, C.R. oversaw the planning and development efforts of numerous high-profile developments totaling nearly 2.6 million square feet and $1.2B of hospitality and mixed-use developments. In his earlier career C.R. held numerous management roles at Vail Resorts Development Company on behalf of publicly traded Vail Resorts, the largest owner and operator of ski resort properties. C.R.’s duties were to oversee the company’s mountain development team as well as expansion efforts across its entire portfolio of properties. 

C.R. has a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Policy from Rollins College and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. 

Braden is the Chief Operating Officer and has been with Green Courte since 2011. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Braden was an Associate at Reunion Office Holdings, where his responsibilities included the financial analysis of potential acquisitions as well as the support of capital raising initiatives. Earlier, Braden worked at ZS Associates as a consultant, where he specialized in quantitative marketing research, sales force design and personnel placement. 

Braden holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. 

Bill is responsible for the oversight of Green Courte’s acquisition team and its investment activities in the parking, senior living and land-lease community assets. Bill joined Green Courte in 2012. 

Bill joined Green Courte after spending twelve years with Hometown America, LLC in various positions, most recently Vice President of Acquisitions. Bill joined Hometown early in its evolution, helping it grow into one of the nation’s largest private owners of land-lease communities. He was responsible for the acquisition of over $620 million of land-lease communities during his tenure at Hometown and was involved in some of the most notable portfolio transactions in the industry, including Hometown’s acquisition of Chateau Communities. Bill’s duties spanned the entire spectrum of the transaction process, including: sourcing acquisitions, valuations, contract negotiations, conducting due diligence, financing and closing deals. 

Prior to his association with Hometown America, LLC, Bill worked as a Research Analyst in the Corporate Finance group at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company. In this role he was responsible for research and assessment of economic risk and industry trends in the consumer products, chemical and healthcare industries. 

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. 

Ashish is a Managing Director and Chief Technology Officer. Ashish joined Green Courte in 2019. 

He has over 18 years of experience in IT across manufacturing, healthcare and education markets. Prior to joining Green Courte, Ashish was the Chief Technology Officer at Navistar where he spent over 15 years and held a variety of roles in his career, with responsibility for a wide range of activities, including strategy, planning, design, development, operations, and support functions for efforts in manufacturing, engineering, vehicle electronics, connected vehicles and enterprise architecture. Ashish led strategy for Digital Transformation introducing emerging technologies for IoT based cloud computing, big data, analytics and mobility into manufacturing. 

Ashish holds a Masters in Electrical Engineering from Wright State University. 

Andrew is a Managing Director and the Chief Executive Officer of Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC (GCRH), Green Courte’s consolidated residential vehicle with an active adult/independent senior living platform (True Connection Communities) and a land lease community platform (Windward Communities). Andrew joined Green Courte and GCRH in 2020. 

Prior to joining Green Courte and GCRH, Andrew spent 13 years as an executive at the Red Roof hotel brand, including the last 11 as Red Roof’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Andrew led a resurgence in Red Roof’s brand equity by establishing a strong value proposition for both consumers and franchisees. Andrew focused on customer experience, company culture, productivity and growth. Over his tenure, Red Roof established itself as the highest rated hotel brand in its segment based upon online consumer reviews for ten consecutive years, internally developed proprietary central reservation and property management systems, launched three consumer brands and more than doubled the number of hotels in the brand. Prior to joining Red Roof, Andrew served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel for Boykin Lodging Company, a NYSE REIT, and as Corporate Counsel for Renaissance Hotels. Andrew began his career as an attorney at Calfee, Halter & Griswold, focused on lending and real estate transactions. 

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science from The George Washington University and a Juris Doctor from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
