Mark is responsible for the accounting, financial and operational reporting functions for Green Courte’s investment funds and portfolio companies. Mark joined Green Courte in 2015. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Mark served for seven years as Global Controller and Principal Accounting Officer at Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (NYSE: JLL). Mark has spent over twenty years in senior finance and accounting roles within a number of public and private companies, including Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated, JPMorgan Chase & Co./Bank One Corporation (NYSE: JPM) and Deloitte & Touche LLP. 

Mark is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and holds the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation. Mark earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.   

Kelly, together with the other members of Green Courte’s legal team, is responsible for overseeing the legal aspects of Green Courte’s business and investments. Kelly has been with Green Courte since 2004. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Kelly was a Partner in DLA Piper’s real estate transactions practice, and he continues as Senior Counsel to the law firm. He joined DLA Piper in 1999. Earlier in his career, Kelly was an officer of Rosenberg & Liebentritt, P.C., a Chicago law firm affiliated with Equity Group Investments, LLC (1990-1999), and an associate and later a partner in the Chicago office of the law firm currently known as Katten Muchin Rosenman (1981-1990). 

Kelly has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctor from New York University. 

Josh is a Managing Director with the Portfolio Management Team. Josh has been with Green Courte since 2018. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh worked at Heitman Capital Management in Chicago. During his time at Heitman, Josh was responsible for the management and performance of a $4 billion portfolio, consisting of office, retail, apartment and self-storage assets. Earlier in his career, Josh was a management consultant at PwC in New York, where he was responsible for conducting operational assessments of organizational processes, technology platforms, and compliance controls for financial services firms.  

Josh holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Business from Gettysburg College and a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern University’s J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management. 

Jordan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s near-airport parking and land-lease community investments. Jordan has been with Green Courte since 2008. 

During Jordan’s time at Green Courte, he has been involved in, among others, Green Courte’s acquisition of American Land Lease, Inc. and of The Parking Spot. Prior to joining Green Courte, Jordan worked at Principal Real Estate Investors, where his responsibilities included the financial analysis of potential student housing and shopping center acquisitions on behalf of a large pension fund. 

Jordan graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Finance and Accountancy. Jordan remains an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Economic Club of Chicago and the Chairmen’s Advisory Council of the Big Shoulders Fund. 

Currey is a Managing Director and President of GCP Truck Storage Management, LLC, Green Courte’s strategy to acquire and operate best in class managed truck parking and industrial outdoor storage properties. Currey joined Green Courte in 2023.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Currey was President of Vantage Truck Parking, LLC, a business he started and led as a subsidiary of Copart, Inc (NASDAQ: CPRT). Through acquisitions and greenfield start ups, Vantage became one of the largest managed truck parking companies in the country with more than 4,000 parking spaces in 9 locations across 5 states.

Prior to his role with Vantage and Copart, Currey was COO for a private equity owned automotive salvage auction company, where he led the integration of multiple business acquisitions and the subsequent sale of the business to Copart. He spent 20 years in Senior Management roles, including Vice President of Operations and Vice President of International Development, with Keystone Automotive Industries. During his tenure, Keystone went public and grew to be the largest distributor of aftermarket collision parts through organic growth and the consolidation of more than 50 business acquisitions. Keystone was acquired by LKQ Corp (NASDAQ: LKQ) and he played a role in integrating the two $800 million organizations.

Currey holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Chuck is the Chief Operating Officer of Windward Communities, Green Courte’s land-lease communities operating platform. Chuck has been with both Green Courte and Windward Communities since 2017.

Chuck has over 35 years of experience in the manufactured housing industry with senior management positions at Equity Lifestyle Properties, American Land Lease Communities, American Residential Communities, Murex Properties, and Lautrec. Throughout his career, he has held key roles in operations, marketing, acquisitions, and asset management. Also, Chuck has been influential in the growth of these communities. He most recently served as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Asset Management for American Land Lease, Green Courte’s original land-lease communities platform. Chuck has been a Board of Director of the Florida Manufactured Housing Association for over 30 years.

Chuck has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Houston.
