Austin is a Senior Associate on the Asset Management team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s senior living and land-lease community businesses. Austin joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Austin worked at Knotel as an analyst focused on underwriting deals in the North American flexible office market. Earlier in his career, Austin worked in asset management and acquisitions roles as an analyst for Lincoln Property Company’s multifamily arm.
Austin graduated from The University of Missouri with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance and Real Estate.
Agnes is the Managing Director primarily focused on Asset Management. Agnes has been with Green Courte since 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Agnes served as Managing Director and Head of Asset Management at Newport Capital Partners. Agnes was responsible for developing and implementing the Firm’s investment strategy as well as leading property operations, leasing, and asset management. Agnes was an Investment Committee member contributing to portfolio management, acquisitions, and investor relationships. In her earlier career Agnes served as Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Asset Management, Senior Managing Director with global real estate firm Hines, and as an Adjunct Professor at Roosevelt University.
Agnes has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Master of Business Administration in Finance from DePaul University.
