Michael is a Vice President on the Asset Management team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s land-lease community portfolio. He joined Green Courte in 2026.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Michael worked at MRK Partners, an affordable housing developer, where he handled asset management with a focus on data analytics and emerging technology integrations. Earlier in his career, Michael held asset management and property management roles and previously co-founded a diagnostics company.
Michael graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science.
Sarah is a Vice President on the Asset Management team, primarily focused on strategic and operational initiatives for Green Courte’s senior living portfolio. She joined Green Courte in 2026.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Sarah was the Director of Asset Management at Senior Lifestyle, a senior living operating company, where she was responsible for a nationwide portfolio of senior living communities. Earlier in her career, Sarah held senior living asset management positions at Birchwood Healthcare Partners as well as Care Capital Properties.
Sarah graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and a secondary major in History.
Nick is a Senior Asset Management Associate responsible for providing analytical support to our housing operating companies. Nick has been with Green Courte since 2024.
Prior to Green Courte, Nick was Vice President of Acquisitions and Strategic Analytics at StorSafe Self Storage where he facilitated the acquisitions process and evaluated risk. Earlier in his career, Nick worked at Ameritus where he assisted with portfolio asset management and underwrote multifamily, industrial, and office investment opportunities.
Nick graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics along with a Health Care Management Specialization.
Jennifer is a Project Manager for the Due Diligence team and has been with Green Courte since 2012.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Jennifer was the Executive Assistant at V-Land Corporation, where she provided administrative support to the President and Chief Financial Officer. Jennifer also served as an Assistant Property Manager at V-Land, overseeing day-to-day operations of commercial real estate properties.
Jennifer graduated from Lewis University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.
Greg is a Senior Vice President focused on asset management and strategic initiatives for Green Courte’s niche industrial investments. Greg joined Green Courte in 2020.
Before joining Green Courte, Greg worked at Ventas in Chicago, holding portfolio management and strategy roles throughout the company’s $7 billion senior living portfolio. Earlier in his career, Greg was an analyst and member of General Electric’s Financial Management Program, which focused primarily on the power and water business.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
David is Senior Vice President of Due Diligence at Green Courte Partners. He oversees due diligence for new acquisitions, including process coordination, vendor oversight, and property-level review. David has been with the firm since 2012.
Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a Senior Associate in the real estate group at Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he worked for five years. At Duff, David was responsible for completing valuation analyses on a wide variety of property types across the U.S. and internationally.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus in real estate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
