Greg is a Senior Vice President focused on asset management and strategic initiatives for Green Courte’s senior living and land-lease community businesses. Greg joined Green Courte in 2020.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Greg worked at Ventas in Chicago where he held portfolio management and strategy roles throughout the company’s $7 billion senior living portfolio. Earlier in his career, Greg was an analyst and member of General Electric’s Financial Management Program focused primarily on the power and water business.
Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Emily is the Vice President of Human Resources and has been with Green Courte since 2015.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Emily was a Real Estate Investment Associate for PRP, LLC in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for investor relations and multifamily property management.
Emily graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelor of Music.
David is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior living investments. David joined Green Courte in 2021.
Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a senior consultant with Accenture where he specialized in business case analysis of consumer-based loyalty programs. Throughout his time at Accenture, David also completed projects related to salesforce enablement, digital marketing, and M&A pre-close integration planning for clients in the life sciences, retail, and telecommunication industries.
David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he was a Seibel Scholar and a Wallman Scholar.
David is a Vice President who is responsible for Green Courte’s due diligence function, including transaction financing and investor relations. David has been with Green Courte since 2012.
Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a Senior Associate in the real estate group at Duff & Phelps, LLC, where he worked for five years. At Duff, David was responsible for completing valuation analyses on a wide variety of property types across the U.S. and internationally.
David graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a focus in real estate from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Chris is a Senior Vice President responsible for providing strategic and analytical support for Green Courte’s investment strategies and operating companies. Chris has been with Green Courte since 2019.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Chris was an associate with Old Town Equity where he was responsible for evaluating and executing middle market buyout investments across a variety of sectors and working with operating companies to define growth strategies and execute performance improvement initiatives. Before joining Old Town, Chris worked at Accenture as a manager in the Capital Markets practice where he led engagements at various global financial institutions.
Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Catherine is a Vice President of the Development team and has been with Green Courte since 2019.
Prior to this position, Catherine served as the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer and provided investment team support for a hedge fund and family office. Her responsibilities included business operations, executive support, and investment communications management. She has also previously held the roles of Analyst and Office Manager for a boutique commercial real estate investment firm.
Catherine graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Political Science.
