Bill is responsible for the oversight of Green Courte’s acquisition team and its investment activities in the parking, senior living and land-lease community assets. Bill joined Green Courte in 2012. 

Bill joined Green Courte after spending twelve years with Hometown America, LLC in various positions, most recently Vice President of Acquisitions. Bill joined Hometown early in its evolution, helping it grow into one of the nation’s largest private owners of land-lease communities. He was responsible for the acquisition of over $620 million of land-lease communities during his tenure at Hometown and was involved in some of the most notable portfolio transactions in the industry, including Hometown’s acquisition of Chateau Communities. Bill’s duties spanned the entire spectrum of the transaction process, including: sourcing acquisitions, valuations, contract negotiations, conducting due diligence, financing and closing deals. 

Prior to his association with Hometown America, LLC, Bill worked as a Research Analyst in the Corporate Finance group at Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company. In this role he was responsible for research and assessment of economic risk and industry trends in the consumer products, chemical and healthcare industries. 

Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. 

David is Green Courte’s Chief Executive Officer and has been with the firm since just after its organization. He is Chairman of The Parking Spot, Green Courte’s near-airport parking platform, and of Green Courte Residential Holdings, LLC, True Connection Communities, and Windward Communities, the firm’s consolidated residential vehicle, active adult/independent senior living platform, and land-lease community platform, as well as of GCP Truck Storage Management, LLC, the firm’s truck storage management platform. David was President and Chief Executive Officer and served on the board of directors of American Land Lease, Inc., Green Courte’s previous land-lease community platform, until its sale/merger with Sun Communities, Inc. in 2015. Prior to joining Green Courte, David was Director of Development with Mosbacher Power Group, L.L.C., a global developer, owner, and operator of independent power generation assets, where he led projects under development in North and South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa, and a Financial Analyst with Enron Capital & Trade Resources.

David is a Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a ULI Foundation Governor. He serves as a Vice Chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Technology and Real Estate Council (Gold Flight) and is a past Chairman of its Manufactured Housing Communities Council. He is also a past Chairman of the Manufactured Housing Institute’s National Communities Council and, until the sale of American Land Lease, Inc., served on the boards of directors of the Manufactured Housing Institute and its National Communities Council as well as the Florida Manufactured Housing Association. He serves on the board of directors of Chicago’s Old Town School of Folk Music. 

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Science in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
