Human Resources – Green Courte Partners

Ellie Cole

Ellie joined Green Courte Partners in 2026 as the Human Resources Assistant and Office Manager.

Prior to Green Courte, Ellie worked as an Executive Assistant and Personal Assistant for a political consulting firm in Chicago, providing executive and administrative support. She then lived in Paris, France, where she worked as an au pair.

Ellie graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and a minor in Business.

Emily O’Brien

Emily is the Vice President of Human Resources and has been with Green Courte since 2015.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Emily was a Real Estate Investment Associate for PRP, LLC in Washington, D.C., where she was responsible for investor relations and multifamily property management.

Emily graduated from Catholic University with a Bachelor of Music.
