Natalie Hernandez-Barber is the Executive Assistant to the CEO for Green Courte and joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to Green Courte, Natalie worked in the entertainment industry where she served as an Executive Assistant for TV Co-Hosts Cameron Mathison and Debbie Matenopoulos on Hallmark’s Home and Family morning show.
Natalie graduated from Chapman University with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication.
Leslie is the Assistant to the Chairman and has been with Green Courte since 2007.
Previously, Leslie was Executive Assistant for Green Courte’s Retail team, where she worked primarily on retail acquisitions and asset management. Prior to Green Courte, Leslie was Senior Administrative Assistant with Washington Mutual Bank, where her responsibilities included organizing, planning and coordinating training sessions, meetings and office events for the internal audit departments nationwide. Leslie also provided administrative support to the Vice President and Senior Audit Consultants. Before Washington Mutual Bank, Leslie worked as an Administrative Assistant for Baxter Healthcare, Brunswick Corporation, and World Travel Partners (formerly known as BTI/IVI Travel).
Jamie Christy is the Executive Assistant to the Acquisitions team and has been with Green Courte since 2023.
Jamie moved to Chicago in 2015 to work as a private nanny for a well-known Chicago family. Before Chicago, she lived near Indianapolis where she worked directly with the owners of two top Vascular Access companies in the Midwest.
Grace is the Office Manager and Human Resources Assistant. She joined Green Courte in 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Grace worked as an Administrative Assistant with Sipowski State Farm, where she managed the office phone and assistant account managers. She also worked as a barista for Third Place Coffee Lounge.
Grace graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in business administration and management and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology.
Clare is the Executive Assistant for Investor Relations and Accounting for Green Courte and has been with Green Courte since 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Clare worked as an Administrative Assistant with both Chicagoland Cremation Options of Schiller Park and the University of Dayton’s Department of Music. She has also worked as an Au Pair and a trainer at Starbucks. There, she helped new employees learn the company standards while assisting with visual merchandising, social media, and customer service for the store.
Clare attended the University of Dayton where she graduated with a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance.
