Matt is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s senior living and land-lease community investments. Prior to focusing on specialty housing investments, Matt focused on urban parking and land-lease community investments. Matt joined Green Courte in 2012. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Matt was a Junior Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he worked in various roles, including debt originations, portfolio management and credit underwriting. His primary responsibility was to market and execute life-company, CMBS, Fannie Mae, mezzanine and interim debt products. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. 

Jordan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s near-airport parking and land-lease community investments. Jordan has been with Green Courte since 2008. 

During Jordan’s time at Green Courte, he has been involved in, among others, Green Courte’s acquisition of American Land Lease, Inc. and of The Parking Spot. Prior to joining Green Courte, Jordan worked at Principal Real Estate Investors, where his responsibilities included the financial analysis of potential student housing and shopping center acquisitions on behalf of a large pension fund. 

Jordan graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Finance and Accountancy. Jordan remains an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Economic Club of Chicago and the Chairmen’s Advisory Council of the Big Shoulders Fund. 

James is an Associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease communities and parking investments. James joined Green Courte in 2023. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, James worked at Magnolia Capital, where he worked on acquisitions, portfolio management, and investor relations for their multifamily vertical. 

James graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. 

David is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior living investments. David joined Green Courte in 2021. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, David was a senior consultant with Accenture where he specialized in business case analysis of consumer-based loyalty programs. Throughout his time at Accenture, David also completed projects related to salesforce enablement, digital marketing, and M&A pre-close integration planning for clients in the life sciences, retail, and telecommunication industries. 

David holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business where he was a Seibel Scholar and a Wallman Scholar. 

Andrew is a Vice President primarily focused on sourcing, underwriting, and closing senior living investments. Andrew joined Green Courte in 2022. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Andrew worked at Enlivant, a national senior living operator, where he was responsible for the acquisition, disposition, and financing efforts for the company. Earlier in his career, Andrew worked at Evans Senior Investments, a senior living brokerage firm. 

Andrew graduated from the University of Colorado-Boulder with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double major in Finance and Accounting. 

Aana is an Associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease community and truck parking investments. Aana joined Green Courte in 2022.

Prior to joining Green Courte, Aana worked at Heitman, where she was on the acquisitions team and worked on the acquisition of multifamily, storage, and student housing assets.  

Aana graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.
