Zack is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease community and near-airport parking investments. Zack joined Green Courte in 2022. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Zack worked at Ventas, where he held asset management responsibilities supporting the firm’s life sciences and seniors housing portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles in the insurance industry. 

Zack graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management. 

Yu Qi is an Associate on the Acquisitions team for Green Courte, primarily focused on Green Courte’s MH Housing and Outdoor Storage businesses. Yu Qi joined Green Courte in 2023.  

Prior to joining Green Courte, Yu Qi worked at Mortar Group as an analyst focused on multifamily deals in New York City. Earlier in her career, Yu Qi worked in architecture and construction for RDC S111 based in Los Angeles.  

Yu Qi graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Architecture and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University. 

TJ is a Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing on manufactured housing and parking assets. TJ joined Green Courte in 2023. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, TJ was a Managing Director at Cedar Street Companies. During his time there, TJ focused on all aspects of multifamily development and ownership, including underwriting, deal structuring, and capitalization, as well as asset management, refinance, and disposition activities. Prior to Cedar, TJ worked at Ventas (NYSE: VTR) on both the Investments and Asset Management teams. 

TJ graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. 

Matt is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s senior living and land-lease community investments. Prior to focusing on specialty housing investments, Matt focused on urban parking and land-lease community investments. Matt joined Green Courte in 2012. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, Matt was a Junior Associate with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, where he worked in various roles, including debt originations, portfolio management and credit underwriting. His primary responsibility was to market and execute life-company, CMBS, Fannie Mae, mezzanine and interim debt products. 

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. 

Jordan is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring and closing Green Courte’s near-airport parking and land-lease community investments. Jordan has been with Green Courte since 2008. 

During Jordan’s time at Green Courte, he has been involved in, among others, Green Courte’s acquisition of American Land Lease, Inc. and of The Parking Spot. Prior to joining Green Courte, Jordan worked at Principal Real Estate Investors, where his responsibilities included the financial analysis of potential student housing and shopping center acquisitions on behalf of a large pension fund. 

Jordan graduated magna cum laude from DePaul University with a Bachelor of Science in Business with majors in Finance and Accountancy. Jordan remains an active member of the Urban Land Institute, Economic Club of Chicago and the Chairmen’s Advisory Council of the Big Shoulders Fund. 

James is an Associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease communities and parking investments. James joined Green Courte in 2023. 

Prior to joining Green Courte, James worked at Magnolia Capital, where he worked on acquisitions, portfolio management, and investor relations for their multifamily vertical. 

James graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy.
