Tommy is an associate on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on Green Courte’s senior living investments. Tommy joined Green Courte in May of 2024.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Tommy was an Experienced Consultant at West Monroe. During his time there, Tommy conducted process and workforce analyses, program and portfolio management, and physical workspace and occupancy assessments, aiming to increase productivity measures for leading utility, healthcare, and technology companies.
Tommy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from DePauw University, where he was a member of the Management Fellows Program.
Anthony is a Vice President within Acquisitions and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing investments across Green Courte’s various strategies. Anthony joined Green Courte in 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Anthony worked as a Principal at North Wells Capital, a private real estate investment firm. Anthony spearheaded investments and capital markets across North Wells’ office and multifamily strategies and was involved in the structuring and financing of value-add acquisitions, adaptive reuse projects, and institutional ground-up developments.
Anthony holds Bachelor of Science degrees in both Finance and Accountancy from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Ashli is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on industrial storage and land-lease community investments. Ashli joined Green Courte in 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Ashli worked at Valor Capital LLC, where she led acquisitions and asset management responsibilities for the firm’s multifamily housing portfolio.
Ashli is a CFA® charterholder and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baylor University.
Zack is a Vice President on the Acquisitions team, primarily focused on land-lease community and near-airport parking investments. Zack joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Zack worked at Ventas, where he held asset management responsibilities supporting the firm’s life sciences and seniors housing portfolios. Earlier in his career, he held finance roles in the insurance industry.
Zack graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Risk Management.
Yu Qi is an Associate on the Acquisitions team for Green Courte, primarily focused on Green Courte’s MH Housing and Outdoor Storage businesses. Yu Qi joined Green Courte in 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Yu Qi worked at Mortar Group as an analyst focused on multifamily deals in New York City. Earlier in her career, Yu Qi worked in architecture and construction for RDC S111 based in Los Angeles.
Yu Qi graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Architecture and holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Development degree from Columbia University.
TJ is a Vice President of Acquisitions responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and closing on manufactured housing and parking assets. TJ joined Green Courte in 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, TJ was a Managing Director at Cedar Street Companies. During his time there, TJ focused on all aspects of multifamily development and ownership, including underwriting, deal structuring, and capitalization, as well as asset management, refinance, and disposition activities. Prior to Cedar, TJ worked at Ventas (NYSE: VTR) on both the Investments and Asset Management teams.
TJ graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in Finance.
