Justin is a Senior Accountant with responsibility for a variety of accounting and finance matters. Justin has been with Green Courte since 2021.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Justin was a senior associate in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touché, where he primarily served clients in the manufacturing, investment management, and technology industries.
Justin holds a Bachelor of Science in accounting from Purdue University and is a licensed CPA in the state of Illinois.
Joy is the Accounts Payable Manager with responsibility for ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor and client payments. Joy has been with Green Courte since 2007.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Joy worked for Micrins Surgical, Inc., a leading distributor of premium surgical instrumentation for reconstructive and plastic surgery, as an Account Coordinator. Joy performed a wide variety of accounting and administrative functions, including account analysis and sales reporting, and coordinated trade-show exhibits and travel arrangements.
Prior to working at Micrins Surgical, Inc., Joy worked for over nineteen years at World Travel Partners (formerly known as BTI/IVI Travel) in Northbrook, Illinois. Joy worked in several accounting positions, including the roles of Staff Accountant and Reconciliation Specialist and supervising the Accounts Receivable and Credit Card Reconciliation departments.
Josh is the Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of the Green Courte’s investment funds. Josh joined Green Courte in 2022.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Josh was a Controller at CA Ventures, where his responsibilities included overseeing the financial reporting, investor reporting, and tax compliance of the company’s various funds, joint ventures, and stand-alone investments, as well as overseeing the Company’s property accounting department. Prior to that, Josh worked at EY as an auditor, exclusively serving public and private real estate companies
Josh holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and a Master of Accounting Sciences from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
Jeanne is an Account Payable Assistant for Green Courte with responsibility assisting the Accounting Department with daily accounting operations. Jeanne joined Green Courte in 2015.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Jeanne had successful careers in Technology sales with AT&T and Pharmaceutical sales with Noven Pharmaceuticals.
Jeanne has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a minor in Accounting from Minnesota State University.
Connie is the Accounts Payable Assistant with the responsibilities of processing vendor and client payments and assisting the accounting team with daily tasks. Connie joined Green Courte in 2021.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Connie worked at the Holiday Inn Chicago North Evanston where she was the Accounting Manager.
Prior to the Holiday Inn, Connie has over 33 years of accounting experience working at the Homestead Hotel, Quince Restaurant and the Graduate Hotel in Evanston, IL, and her family-owned business, Peter’s Shell and Convenient Store in Lake Forest, IL.
Cindy is a Senior Accountant with responsibility for a variety of accounting and finance matters. Cindy has been with Green Courte since 2023.
Prior to joining Green Courte, Cindy was a Lead Analyst with the Bank of New York Mellon, where she primarily served clients in the real estate industry. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Concordia University Chicago.
