Green Courte saw tremendous long-term potential in The Parking Spot, a national near-airport parking platform, thanks to a strong portfolio of existing assets, its national footprint, and the attractive upside of owning scarce land near major airports. The company was also a hospitality pioneer in the parking business, having introduced a new model featuring best-in-class customer service and amenities to the near-airport parking sector. After acquiring The Parking Spot in 2011, Green Courte funded the development of proprietary revenue control technology that allowed the introduction of dynamic pricing to optimize the company’s revenue management. Our teams combined industry relationships, granular market knowledge, and access to off-market deals have enabled a steady expansion of the portfolio. We’re building a world-class land-lease community platform.

Green Courte previously built an industry-leading land-lease community platform over a 10-year period from 2004 to 2014 by acquiring American Land Lease, Inc. (NYSE: ANL) in 2009 and folding in an existing portfolio of high-quality communities and then continuing to expand the portfolio. The Green Courte team eventually aggregated 20,000+ manufactured home sites in 59 communities and ultimately monetized the platform for $1.3B. Green Courte has since leveraged that experience and expertise into building a new land-lease community platform with an emphasis on providing attractive and attainable housing options to America’s working families.
